Applying for UK citizenship

Hello everyone!!

Happy new year!!

I am applying for full family. Online form is straightforward but have few questions:

1. Can use the same referrals for me and my family(including kids)? 2 different referrers but using them for all 4 applications.
2. Our BRP has expired as now we have eVisa. Can i still put the BRP details? I keep getting following msg on the application form

"Biometric residence permit (BRP) holders should provide their BRP details, including expired BRPs.

On the 'Reasons for not providing identity documents' page of your application, enter your BRP number and expiry date. This will help us to process your application"

Not sure what does it mean. I have not see this "Reasons for not providing identity documents". Also, i don't remember if found a section where i can update the BRP details.

3. Do we need to select the title while updating the names?

is there any phone number i can call and confirm these details?

Just provide BRP details in the cover letter if you can't find the section.

3. Do we need to select the title while updating the names? What do you mean by this? Does it ask to input a title? If so, do it, otherwise not an issue.

is there any phone number i can call and confirm these details? UKVI has a call center which is outsourced. It has been known for a long time that responses one gets from there can be inaccurate.

Are you filling in details for child or adult?
Questions for children are different compared to adults.
