Hi,
I am applying visa for my parents visitor visa and I am not sure what to include in this question? Should it include the ticket cost and the financial cost that the sponsor(me) will be covering as well? Or should it just be the money my parents?
How much money are you personally planning to spend on your visit to the UK?

The keyword here is "personally" (The person)! Not "generally".

I am uploading documents for my parents visitor visa and there is a section asking to upload "Access UK document Checklist"?
I am not sure what to upload here? If it's the final checklist can I upload it without my parents signature? It says on the checklist that only sign it on the day of appointment.

I would appreciate a quick response about your view and understanding of this question.

I think it's a recent feature in the new online application. You don't have to upload anything there. Upload all your documents where you think they should go. Everything would get looked at, regardless of what section you upload into.
