FLR FP extension expired British passport .

Hi everyone .
I'm due to apply for my FLR FP extension soon. I have some concerns ,can anyone help please . My immigration history :
I entered UK in 2016 by suppose visa ,extended 2,5 years ,applied for ILR and been refused because of low income . Instead I have been put on 10 years under D-LTRP 1.2 of Appendix FM. ( consideration has been given under paragraphs R-LTRP.1.1(a),(b) and (d) of Appendix FM which include EX.1(a) and (b). My husband is British by birth and we have 3 British children.
My questions are :
1. Do I need to show financial evidence ? (Bank statements ect.)
2. My husband's British passportexpired in 2023 , can it still be use as prove of ID together with birth certificate and
provisional driving license ?
3. Our kids British passports expired too , can I use it as form of id together with birth certificates ?
4. Do I need English B level of I can use A2 from my previous application ?
5. If my visa extension will be granted , can I combine my previous 5 years on FLR(M) and and FLR(FP) towards 10 year for
ILR?
6. I'm corresponding for a job . Can I start new job during waiting for visa decision?

Can anyone advise if I can apply for FLR FP with my husband expired British passport ? He is British by birth . Maybe birth certificate and provisional driving g license will be ok ? Thank you .

2. My husband's British passportexpired in 2023 , can it still be use as prove of ID together with birth certificate and
provisional driving license ? Expired British passport is okay by itself.
3. Our kids British passports expired too , can I use it as form of id together with birth certificates ? same as above.
4. Do I need English B level of I can use A2 from my previous application ? It would be nice if you could do the B1 then you could use it later, as you'll need it sooner or later.
5. If my visa extension will be granted , can I combine my previous 5 years on FLR(M) and and FLR(FP) towards 10 year for
ILR? Yes they all count towards your 10 years.
6. I'm corresponding for a job . Can I start new job during waiting for visa decision?
Regards . Yes you can. Your permit to stay and work in the UK doesn't change with a new visa application. Provided it didn't expire before you applied for an extension.

Hello again . Would very appreciate if anyone can guide . I'm a bit confused about financial requirements as far as I understand there isn't any for 10 years route extention . But there is financial questions on a application form . I still filled it out as I can't go any further . So do I still need to provide bank statements of not ? We are under 18600 and I'm not trying to switch on 5 year route .
And do I need to proof adequate maintenance ? Thank you .
