Domestic violence DV ILR Evidences

i hope everyone fine, i would like to know what kind of evidence do i need for DVILR application,
i know Gp letter, charity letter etc

can someone share a gp letter format please because i asked they dont know anything about this letter.

also what charity or organisation good to help me and give letter- for men domestic violence

Format for what?
DV route is not an easy one. You need to prove you were subject to domestic abuse. You can use NHS records but I guess you may need more evidence then this.
Your GP is not an immigration specialist. It is not their role to provide anything in relation to immigration other than a summary of your health records. They are also not social services.
If you were subject to DV or abuse you should get police records, court proceedings, social services reports as well as health records if you were injured.
You must also meet other conditions. It is usually expected for your spouse to be settled and for you to have immigration status based on you relationship.

The only good advice I can give you is to seek professional immigration advice. (You may get it from charities). DV is not a straightforward route.

thank you for your reply. i really appreciate it. i am on spouse visa for 18 months. long story short. i am going to gp for last couple of months and currently with mental health treatment. i dont have any police report and dont have social services involed becasue no kids

what other organization or charity can help me?

The threshold for granting ILR under the domestic violence route is understandably high to avoid abuse. In rare circumstances, such claims were used to circumvent the immigration system and as a way to stay in the UK when it was not appropriate. UKVI will evaluate the evidence and seriousness of the case to see if granting ILR is appropriate. The stronger the evidence, the higher the chance of being granted ILR.
