Hi, I have applied for ILR through super priority service and this is the timeline.
11/01/2025 - sent application and booked for BRP appointment
20/01/2025 - attended BRP appointment
20/01/2025 - received email from Home Atlas saying “Evidence is required for your application for indefinite leave to remain/settlement to be considered. Please can the following be provided within the next 10 working days so we may continue with our consideration.
Please note – You may have attended a TLS contact centre to upload evidence already. However due to a technical error this cannot be accessed.”
Emailed them all the documents again through UKVISETM@homeoffice.gov.uk as requested that night.
Got an automated email from UKVI set
“ Thank you for contacting the In Country Marriage and Family (Settlement) team.
Please note that this mailbox is for outgoing emails, internal communication use and for the receipt of requested information only.
Please note that from Tuesday 17th September 2024 this mailbox will only be used for outgoing emails, internal communication use and for the receipt of requested information only.
Any other emails received in this mailbox will no longer be read and will not receive a response.”
21/01/2025 - This email made me worry so I contacted UKVI via phone and they assured me that the email has been received since I’ve received the automated email and to wait 10 days to call back if I haven’t heard from them.
03/02/2025 - Still no update and called UKVI via phone again just to be met with “there’s nothing we can do for you” which is frustrating especially since we’ve paid £1000 extra for super priority service
04/02/2025 - received the same exact email from Home Atlas that they sent on 20/01/2025. I will be sending them the evidence again as I did the first time but is there anything more I can do to make sure that they’ve received it?
It is frustrating as there’s no way to even ask them to confirm that they’ve received my emails with the documents attached and I’m getting anxious as we are supposed to travel soon for family hence why we opted for super priority service. Could somebody help please?
