URGENT - Fee Exemption Query

Hi,

I was on a PSW dependent visa that expired on February 2nd. Before it expired, I applied for a fee exemption to apply for FLR. While waiting for the decision on the fee exemption, I received a sponsor offer letter for a job. Can I apply for a Skilled Worker visa in this situation?
