Innovator visa

Hi
My 3 partners and I are planning to start a business here in Wales. But I'll be moving out for my studies to US. My 3 friends will be applying for innovator visa and I'm not applying for innovator visa, as I still have my psw till Sept 2026 and I'll move out by 2025 Sept. Is it okay for me to opt out from applying innovator visa. Will it cause any problem to their application since I'll be moving out?

But if I have to apply for innovator visa, can I still move to US for my masters? As I'll be having the liability of a business loan and if I can't make an entry in every 3 months, do my visa will get cancelex?
