Prove Identity on UK ID Check for non Europeans

Hi Everyone,

How is it possible to go through EU Exit ID Check if you are a non European trying to switch from pre-settled to settled status and they only give you an option to use your BRC or BRP but your BRC is expired as they all expired in Dec 2024?
The message says you must use a valid document but they don’t give an option to add another document such as a passport.
