TLSContact website issue

Hi,

I submitted my application for naturalisation about an hour ago and it all went through fine, got my UAN and whatnot.

But when I try to move from the UK Govt page to TLSContact website to book my biometric appointment, the TLSContact website keeps returning a 'Whitelabel Error Page'. As a result I can't register now, and there does not seem to be any other way to register either.

Anyone else is having this issue today? I have messaged TLSContact through their contact page but I don't have high hopes about them being able to help quickly.

1. If you're using a VPN, try disabling it
2.Try deleting cookies from your browser
3. Use a different browser
4. Use a different device
5. Try again in a few hours/tomorrow

Thank you - yes I tried all of those actually. The issue is persisting so I am now wondering if it's a widespread problem or not.

It's working for me just fine but I'm accessing my old application from months ago so it's entirely plausible that another part of the website is down.

From a quick google/reddit search, it seems to be a recurring issue that seems to always go away at some point.

What I do remember is that when I was booking my appointment I accidentally pressed "back" and the whole booking system started timing me out and either showing errors or complete nonsense. I left it for an hour or so and it reset itself so I could book my appointment. So I would recommend leaving it until later, or even better tomorrow, and trying again then.

Their customer support is shocking so I wouldn't count on them replying any time soon!

When I submitted my applications, I encountered 2 problems with TLS

1- after paying and transferring me to the TLS website to create username and password, I would only get the rolling ball, not progress. I was working on my laptop. I thought let me try iPad and worked. SO, try another device if possible.

2- When I was uploading documents, I uploaded everything but did not click submit, I wanted to wait to the last minute. Then the upload page went blank for 2 days. I went to the appointment without submitting, and I paid 50 for their service. Later, TLS manager informed me that it was a TLS global issue, and it was resolved that day. Sure enough I logged in in the evening and it was working fine.
