Telephone based Nikha from Pakistan

Can someone please confirm if i do Nikah on telephone, will that be accepted for a spouse visa for UK, I am trying to avoid going to Pakistan twice, first for Nikha and second for Rukhsati (to bring back wife to UK with me).

(a) Can't the steps be done in one visit?

(b) Would such a marriage be recognised in Pakistan and would you be issued a marriage certificate by a competent legal authority there?

it can be done in singe steps, but visa processing might take 1-3 months, so i cant stay in Pak for that long due to job commitments, and i've to go back to pick my wife again, i know she can travel alone but i rather go and bring her myself with me.

that marriage via telephone/zoom will be recognized and i'll get my marriage certificate by a legal authority i.e Nadra.

The purpose of the post is does UKVI recognize telephone/zoom Nikkah because every country can have different rules for e.g UK do not allow dual marriage and Pakistan does.

From memory, telephonic marriages used to be acceptable for applications under the pre-Brexit EEA applications route. I'm not sure if that applied to applications under the UK Immigration Rules.

In general terms, the UK tends to recognise overseas marriages that would be legally recognised if it is legally recognised in the country where it was conducted AND it would have been legally recognised if it were conducted in the UK. So essentially both sets of legal requirements, of the UK and of the country of the ceremony, need to be met. But I can't find anything to that effect on the Gov.UK website.
