Thank you for your kind words and your reply. I am just a bit confused with some parts of the form.contorted_svy wrote: ↑Mon Feb 17, 2025 9:20 pmI want to express my sympathy for your situation which sounds very harsh.

You fall into the requirements - so ask in this thread any questions you may have and we will help you through your queries.
1. Probably not stateless. The fact you did not register your child usually does not mean she's not a national of your home country, however, it depends on your country of nationality laws.sgn_1989 wrote: ↑Mon Feb 17, 2025 11:40 pmThank you for your kind words and your reply. 1. A part of the form asking for ‘country of nationality’ Is it my home country? is she considered stateless? My daughter only has a Birth Certificate registered in the local council. I have not registered her in my home country’s embassy and she does not have a passport.
2. ‘Do you currently hold, or have you ever held, any other nationality or citizenship?’ Is it a yes or no? All we have is a UK birth certificate.
Thank you for your help.
