Child born in UK ILR application after 7 years

Hello all,

My child born in UK has competed 7 years now. When I entered UK I was on Tier 2 (LT) and then in Sep 2021 I switched to SWV and my cycle to complete 5 years in SWV is next year september. Wanted to understand can I apply ILR for my child early as he has completed 7 years in UK and was born in UK.
