IHS refund

Hi I applied for student visa in 2021 (2021-2025) with IHS fee for myself and dependent, and received for 4 years. But after 1 year I switched to skilled worker T2 for 3 years (2022-2025). Am I eligible for an IHS refund as I paid twice for the same period?

Hi, It says the refund will be granted within 28 days.But query her is - am I eligible for a refund? I applied for a second visa before my first visa ended. is that a reason for no refund
