Spoue Visa Extension Question

I am in the middle of applying for the Spouse Visa Extension of my wife. I would appreciate it if someone can answer the following questions:

• Can we use the same ECCTIS certificate which we used the first time we applied for the spouse visa?

Also I will be providing these documents for the extension, could you please tell me if these are enough

• BRP Card

• Her Passport

Are there any other documents I am missing?

Also, the application form requires the date of birth of my wife's previous partner. However, we don’t know his date of birth, and it is not mentioned on the NADRA divorce decree certificate.

How should we proceed in this case?
