Spouse Visa Bank Statements transaction and Child Maintence

Hi

I have 2 bank account. Full time employed. I will be showing I meet the the financial requirements with my full time job to apply for my wife spouse visa.

Bank account 1 I get my wages, bills are paid, etc.

I got divorced with the ex wife with the Final Divorce Order from court in January 2024 in UK (messy divorce), i have 3 kids with my ex wife i am paying child maintenance via Child Maintenance Services to ex wife monthly. All my kids born in uk.

I was forced to sell my house December 2024 due to financial court order and proceeds of that sale to be shared, house is now sold in December 2024.

December 2024 Bank statement: My house sale proceeds money came to bank account 1 where my wages and bills comes out, I transferred large amount of my house sale proceeds money into bank 2 as everything was getting confusing due to getting my wages in bank account 1. I left £12,000 only in bank 1. 3 large transfer were made to bank 2 of the house sale money.

From Bank 2 I paid the house share money (due to court order) to my ex wife solicitors account. I also paid back my sisters who loaned me money due to the messy divorce which was causing me financial hardship.

I will be showing I meet the the financial requirements with my full time job to apply for my wife spouse visa.

1) I am aware I need to provide 6 months bank statements showing my salary coming in and all bills being paid, my question is do I need to provide a explanation of the large some of money in Bank 1 in December 2024 due to house sale. Do i need to give my previous title deeds, solicitors final statement of house sale, (I paid capital gains tax as the property i sold was rented out previously and thee lived in with my ex-wife and kids), do I need to give capital gains tax receipt.

2) Do I need to give bank statement for Bank 2 for December 2024 as well to show the money was transferred to that account? If i need to show Bank account 2 statement, i paid back my sisters loaned money, will the Home Office ask who are these people you paid back money to.

3) i pay Child maintenance to my ex wife, do i need to provide evidence from Child maintenance Service? Do i need to give my 3 kids birth certificates?

Not sure they care how your money moves around. You need to show evidence of meeting the financial threshold with your income where possible. That you earn the required amount. Letter from your HR confirming this.
Bank statements for 6 months showing funds incoming into accounts, in conjunction with payslip (6 months).

Whatever property you had and what you did with it is inconsequential. How you spend your money every month doesn't matter either.

My income is above the financial requirement and i will be relying on my wage to meet the financial requirement to apply for my wife spouse visa.

If i apply before 13 April 2025, i will give payslips and bank statements October 2024, November, December 2024, January 2025, February March 2025 is that ok. December 2024 bank statement will show my house sale money going in. 3 of my back statements will have the address of my house i sold and 3 bank statement will show new rented address is that ok?

I will get letter from employer, letter from estate agent for accommodation dated between 17- 23 match 2025, is that ok

I read somewhere about the documentss cannot be 28 days or above old when you apply, is that right?

My electric bill statement comes on 12th of every month, so i will give 6 months electricity statement, which will include 12 March 20025, is that ok?

You don't want to give them documents that does reflect your current situation? Hence the closer to the application date the better.
