I would like to know when will I be eligible to apply for ILR via 5 year Skilled Worker Visa route ?

BRP Date of Issue: 27th March 2020
UK Entry Clearance Valid From: 5th Aug 2020 - 3rd Nov 2020
Date of Entry in UK: 25th Sept 2020
Days between BRP Issue and Entry in the UK: 182 days

Qualifying period starts from the very first visa issue date. UKVI is very likely to exercise concession for the absence period in the beginning. So (27th March 2020 + 5 years - 28 days) is the earliest date you qualify for ILR

Thanks Zimba. I have a question regarding the English language requirement for the ILR dependent application. Is the medium of instruction from the college where the degree was obtained sufficient, or is a NARIC (or equivalent) certificate also required for the dependent?
