Hi,
I get a formal payslip from my employer. However for Sep/2008, i lost the original payslip and planning to get the prinout of my payslip in company letter head with sign and stamp.
pls let me know if this mismatch is going to be a problem.

There will not be any problem. Just explain the reason in your cover letter.

OR
You can even make a humble request to your Payroll dept. to reprint it for you it is very easy n quick job for them to do.. if they want to do:P
i had to request them becos, i had my name problems and they did it without any fuss..

I explored this option as well. But my company mentioned that its not possible to print Sep/2008 pay slip now as a formal payslip. so the options are
1) Submit formal payslips for 11 months and one month payslip in letterhead paper with sign and stamp for one month. So there will be a mismatch for 1 month
2) The other option which payroll team proposed is they will print all 12 months in company letter head with sign and stamp to provide some consistency. However this wont be in a formal payslip.
I am thinking of choosing option 2. Please let me have your views.
