ILR to British citizenship date of application

Hi there,

My partner arrived in the UK on a Skilled Worker Dependent visa on 18 April 2019 and was granted ILR in 2024, with the BRP issue date of 13 June 2024. Can she apply for British citizenship on 18 April 2025 (after five years as a dependent + one year ILR) or must she wait until 13 June 2025, counting one year from the BRP issue date?

What was the date of ILR award, i.e. from the email or letter?
BRP date is not always the same as award date.
It's worked from the date of ILR approval.

The date of email approval for ILR was also 13 Jun 2024. Does that mean she cant apply for ILR until 13 June 2025?
My understanding was her clock starts from 5 years on dependent visa + 1 year on ILR and it starting from 18 April 2019. So she should be eligible to file citizenship form 18 April 2025.

The 12 months wait is from the date ILR was granted.

She must have held ILR for one year regardless how long she's lived in the UK.
