Strange file upload issue on Citizenship Certificate Fee form

Has anyone recently experienced issues uploading files on the Citizenship Certificate Fee form? Today, I'm paying the fee for a minor but couldn't upload the required document on https://inisonline.jahs.ie/

This is very strange because when I applied for the minor's citizenship last year, I used the exactly same document to upload, and there were no issues with the upload then.

Here is the error on the page:

Yup I'm having the same issue. Can't upload my files to pay and submit the application. It's the exact same issue I'm facing.

Having the same issue right now as well.

Looking at other forum posts, in the past it seems like Chrome in incognito mode / clearing history/cache/cookies should help, but it isn't today. I've tried this on Chrome, Edge and Firefox, nothing. If anyone has any luck with that, please share the resolution here.

It seems like it was a temporary error. It's working now.
