I wanted to clarify the timeline related to the Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) that the company plans to assign to me. I’ve noticed that the expiry date on the CoS is listed as 31st March 2025, and I understand that a CoS is only valid for 3 months from the date it is assigned, not from the date it is generated or appears in the system.

Could you please confirm the following:

Does the CoS need to be assigned to me on or before 31st March 2025, in order for it to be valid?
Once it is assigned, do I then have a full 3-month window from the assignment date to submit my Skilled Worker visa application?

I just want to make sure we don’t lose the opportunity to use the current CoS, and that we’re within the correct timeframe for a successful application.
