renunciation application for Indian citizenship

I am filling in the application for renunciation of my indian citizenship

I already have British citizenship now. In the form it asks for passport country. I have entered Indian, as I want to renounce this passport. But now I am wondering if I was supposed to enter my British passport details?

I am also not able to change it as I have already filled out this form. If I am meant to enter my british passport details, then do I have to start over? Please advise!
