Came in with visitors visa with her in 2005, applied for leave much later, refused on appeal i won the case and I was issued due to i am a parent of a British child my other child and private life in 2014 ten years rule and the application has been renewed from then to currently.

Technically there is no good character requirement for ILR at all, there are only rules that determine grounds for refusal. The good character requirement exists only when going for a nationality application (British citizenship) which is a totally separate system under nationality law.

I have submitted with standard service. One more question, please does the 28 days apply to settlement, or do you put in your application in when you complete your 10 years.
