Slightly less straightforward situation in my case :

- Had separated from my EU partner before my application but already had my ILR/settled status

- Had overstayed my student visa for about 3months back in 2017, which would have normally prevented any citizenship application for a period of 10years (under previous Good Character and Lawful Residence requirements).
