Claim child benefit for my second child

I have 2 daughters, one is a teenager and the other is still a toddler, my mum has parental responsibility via a court order and she made a claim for child benefits for my daughter, I have since been granted ILR, so wanted to know when claiming for my toddler, should I declare my 1st child even though I am not the one claiming and receiving child benefits for her?

You have to add your children (all of them) and then it will ask whether you, any partner or someone else gets child benefit for them.
