surrender of passport and oci

Hi All,

Parents are on ILR and kids have got british citizenship..
the next steps are to surrender their passport and apply for oci.. have few queries on that

1. can surrender and oci application be done in one appointment ?
2. if the parent can submit both the application alone or kids are required to join in ?

Not possible. You need to submit the original surrender certificate and the cancelled passport for OCI

and can only 1 parent submit for the kids pls without taking the kids to the appointment?

Yes. No need to take the kids. You need to get a consent letter from the other parent if he/she is not coming to vfs with you
