Spouse Visa Application

Hi everyone,

I am a British citizen and I want to apply my wife and 2 children's visa from Pakistan.

I am self employed person and my wife has been previously granted spouse visa 3 year ago and she left UK in June 2024 before her visa expired due to not sufficient funds for their visa extension.

Now again I am planning to apply my family visa. My wife wants to change her name from Pakistan legally.

My questions are:
1. Is there any complication if my wife change her name?
2. What documents required to established her previous name and new name for her visa application?
3. Application fees?
4. Ihs fees?
