Sponsor Letter for ILR Application

Hi All ,
i will be eligible to submit my ILR application under skilled worker visa in coming months. here my question is since i am one of the director of my company , can i authorize the employer letter myself for the ILR application stating that my employement is required for a foreseeable future and all my absence were paid.

Please advise.

I suggest against it. There must someone in the company like HR to issue the letter which will be better
