Passport Office Hours

Does anyone know if the HMPO is fully operational during weekends and holidays?

My spouse got passport approval email on Thursday, and still no update on pritning.

Don't think anyone here has insight into internal timings around Easter.
Note that passports are printed by a third party, not HMPO.

If I am not mistaken, UK passports are printed in Poland by a French company that won the contract to print them.

The Easter weekend is a big deal in Germany and Poland at least and I would assume that there would be no progress from Thursday last week till Tuesday (tomorrow).
