Is it eligible qualificaition/institute for PWS?

I have been offered a course

"NCC Education Postgraduate Diploma (PgD) leading to MSc in Strategic Business Information Technology awarded by the University of Portsmouth"

Will I be able to apply for PWS visa after completion of this course? as this college is not in recognised nor listed bodies, but listed in "register of sponsors"

yes u can...they have registered and u will get Portsmouth certificate....
