deportation order and jr

Hi, everyone,
i would like to ask some questionsi had deportation order at 2019 because a criminal conviction ,now home office try to deport me, i had wife and children in uk all british,but they have rejected my asylum claim and give me no right of appeal.i am currently detain a IRC for 2 months and my human right article 8 had been rejected as well,my solicitor had apply Judicial review  for me,i want to know when can i apply bail, is anyone had any suggest?

Unfortunately, at this stage you are unlikely to be given bail and will be deported.
