First Passport

Hi everyone. It has been frustrating waiting for my passport. I submitted my application on the 30th of April. Until now there has been no progress. Their webchat js npt helpful at all.

When I was looming through passport application timelines it normally says that after webchat your documents were axknowledged.

What do you guys say to make them acknowledge the documents. The advisor I spoke to was not helpful at all.

They received my documents on the 2nd of May. But they keep telling me they have not been scanned yet. I will try calling them, maybe they will be more helpful.
