Documents required for Skilled worker - RQF Level

Post by Aishha » Sat May 17, 2025 10:48 pm

Hello,

I am going through the check list for the skilled worker visa application . I have the following documents :

1 - I have a job offer from the employer, for a job eligible for the Skilled worker Visa
2 - Assigned COS and employers sponsorship number.
3 - IELTS Test results form for the English language requirement

My question is , I read on the required list of documents that I need to be able to demonstrate I have a job at RQF Level 3. I do have a degree certificate, however, due to the names differing on the passport and the degree certificate, I am unsure if I can use it. Do I need this document to be able to show I have the required skills to be able to do the job or is the job offer from the company enough ? I also have an ACCA diploma certificate which is equivalent to RQF Level 4 , however, I am not entirely sure if this can be used as an accepted document. Please can someone advise?

Also, how do I check if my job is at the appropriate level ? Does it mean if the job is eligible for the skilled worker, it is considered to be above RQF Level 3?
