First Adult Passport

Hello

My native country's records are not accurate. We don't know the acutal DOB of parents but they have passports, and I used the DOB in the thier passport thorughout my immigration journey.

In the passport application form, they are asking for marraige date. If I put what we think is the correct date, it will show parents married at 11 & 15.

If I put any other dates, it will show my elder siblings boen before marriage.

Any suggestion how to do this? The online form does not give an option for "unknown" marraige date.

Your parents details are not relevant for your passport you just submit your certificate and your foreign passports.
