ILR qualiftying Time

Post by Rajsree » Fri May 23, 2025 8:35 am

Dear All,

I am in SW route 5 years. For ILR I have note crossed 180 days in a month however I have almost 438 days in 5 years. Will it be a concern for my application. If so should I wait a year to apply for ILR.

Your question does not make any sense. 180 days in a month ??? Can you properly explain your absences ?
There is only one restriction under the SW route which is that you cannot have more than 180 days of absence in any 365-day period. That is all
