COS and visa discrepancy

Hello
Please can someone help me with advice on this issue.
Carer with COS for 5 years. However just about to apply for a course and realised my skilled worker visa was granted for 3 years 10 months instead of 5 years to match my COS.
Can I write the home office? Does anyone have any knowledge about this please.

Did they mention anything about shorter grant in the decision letter?
If not try to apply for admin review.
