NARIC for citizenship application

I used NARIC AQLS and english proficiency certificates to apply for Tier 2 visa a few years ago and now I also hold an ILR.

Can I still use it for naturalization application? I found out there is no NARIC anymore, it's ECCTIS now.

No matter. Submit what you used for your Tier 2 visa.
