Sharing B1 English Test Result

Post by gupta_sh2905 » Thu Jun 12, 2025 7:06 am

Hi,

I passed B1 English IELTS test for citizenship application.
How do I share its result? The portal only shows that I have passed and asks for the email id if I have to share it with any organisation. Please help. What email id should I use if I use the portal?

English Language Requirement for ILR as Tier 2 Dependent in 2014

Post by gupta_sh2905 » Thu Jun 12, 2025 7:22 am

Hi everyone,

I was granted ILR in December 2014 as a Tier 2 dependent after completing 5 years, and my application was submitted together with my husband’s.

I’m currently preparing my British citizenship application, and I can’t recall whether, under the rules at that time, I was required to meet an English language requirement as part of the ILR process.

Does anyone know if this was mandatory for Tier 2 dependents in 2014?

Thanks in advance for your help!

You enter the pass ref number in your AN application you don’t need to email it anywhere. The test centre has already uploaded the pass to UKVI.
