Application for Permanent Residence Form EUTR3

Hi Guys,

I have an question about applying EUTR form3 please.
my stamp4 EUFAM visa is going to expire in 6 months and i was advised I should apply for the Permanent Residence Form EUTR3 get the further permission letter before i can renew my IRP card. Application for Permanent Residence Form EUTR3 requires Evidence of residence of applicant and EU citizen in the State for a continuous period of 5 years, however we don't have any Utility bills in both name for the first 2 years as we were renting, all bills were under the landlord name except my phone bill, for my partner the only one document that has his name on it was the tax statement of liability, would that be ok?
I am thinking if I can apply for the citizenship but again we dont have any bills for first two years.

Hi, Yes you have to apply for EUTR3 six months before your permission is due and up to twelve weeks for your IRP card.

Add two bills each of the two years in the landlord's name if possible and a signed letter from him with his address and phone number confirming your previous residence and the bills in his name.

If you can't do this you can also submit your ppsn letters/or any correspondence you received from the government to your old address and a letter from you and your partner explaining the reasons for the missing documents (You have to add the tenancy agreement or confirmation from landlord) since none of the bills are in you or your partner's name.

When you reach your five years, apply for naturalisation while you wait for your EUTR3.
