Dear All,
After the death of my Husband during COVID I remarried in Feb25 and my new partner is British citizen but on benefits living in UK.
I am a school teacher in India and living with my new in-laws and my son 7y.
Background:
My monthly salary is 18000 Rs.
Applied for my visitor visa (Standard) with my son to spend 41 days with my Husband and extended family in UK.
I attached the following documents.
1. Financial statement with £12,000 in saving and Fixed deposit.
2. Attached my property documents(Sale Deed) and statement market price as per the websites. worth of £200,000.
Also attached
my Appointment letter, salary slips, NOC from school, Holiday approval letter, ID card
Marriage certificate
For my son - Bonafide certificate, His ID card, Birth certificate.
3. My brother in law also a British citizen and attached sponsorship letter from him. He owns a 3 bed house in London and i was planning to stay with him. Attached House Title deed, bank statements, council tax bill, salary slips. 2 year tax statement.
4. My husband is British citizen but on Benefits. attached Letter/statement from him that he also supports my visit. His tenancy agreement and his bank statements and Utility bill.
Even after all this my visa was rejected with the following reasons.
In consideration of your family ties, I note the statements made by you in your
visa application whereby you mention there are no remaining dependents in your
home country. This, in conjunction with the concerns relating to your economic ties
stated above, gives me reason to further doubt that you will depart the UK at the end
of the period stated by you.
• As a result, I am not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry as a visitor and
that you intend to leave the UK at the end of your visit. Your application is therefore
refused under paragraph V 4.2 (a) and (c) of the immigration rules.
Please help me with the following
1. what all evidences i could have submitted that i will return to India.
2. what are the dependents i could have shown ? probably my in laws who are in old age. my parents who are also in old age but living in different city. Advice please ?
3. what would you advice when to re apply for visitor visa? (I don not want to apply for spouse visa as i have to in India for my in laws and my parents.)
Many thanks in advance for all your help. _/\_
