Dependant Visa Extension after Main Applicant Received ILR

Post by donatello90 » Tue Jul 01, 2025 11:42 pm

Hi all,

We are applying for the extension of my wife's dependency visa this month. She got her previous dependant visa 3 years ago and then I received my ILR and British citizenship in 2023. As suggested here previously, we are following the same route (skilled worker dependency visa). While filling the form, we were unsure on what to provide for these questions below as they don't seem to be relevant to my current status. May I kindly ask if anyone can provide guidance to us? Many thanks.

Does your partner already have their Skilled worker visa? (Yes/No)
Do you know your partner's visa end date? (If you choose yes above)
Do you have your partner's UAN?
Does your partner have a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) number?
What is your partner's work start date? Enter the work start date as shown under 'Work dates' on their Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
What is your partner's work end date? Enter the work end date as shown under 'Work dates' on their Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS). (It is expecting a future date)
