Long residence 10 year changes

I came to this country in 2015 on entrepreneur visa, I have completely 10 years long residence lawfully, my extension visa applications remained pending for years I don't have a current visa but I am waiting pending flr fp limited leave to remain application, I would like to vary my current application to ILR 10 years long residence but there are 2 questions, I do not have a current visa as m waiting a reply from HO, and subsequently I haven't completed 12 months on current visa(As I don't have current visa). Should I remain on my current application flr fp which is pending from 2 years or shall I vary it to 10 year long residence

The requirement that you need to have been '12 months under the current visa route' applies to people who moved to their visa route on or after 11 April 2024.
