ILR Application Time

Hi,
My Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) was issued in May 2020, and I started my job on 1st July 2020 under the Skilled Worker (Tier 2) visa route. Due to COVID-19, there was a delay in receiving my BRP, which was eventually issued on 4th November 2020. Based on the 5-year Skilled Worker route, when is the earliest date I can apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)?
