• Question About Visa Rules Applying When CoS Issued Before 22 July 2025

Post by Dhariwal » Thu Jul 03, 2025 10:23 pm

I’m currently on a Post-Study Work (PSW) visa. If I get my Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) before 22 July 2025 but apply for my Skilled Worker visa on or after that date, which rules will apply to me and my family? Will it be the old rules or the new ones, including things like salary requirements, bringing dependents, and any other changes?”

Your application date will determine which rule is applicable. If you submit an application after 22 July, your application will be treated following the rules in place I.e post 22 July.
