Question on claiming child benefit

I received my ILR about a month ago. So did my wife and one of my daughters. My second daughter was born in the UK so I directly applied for her citizenship, the application is currently under review.

I have a question regarding claiming child benefit.
1- Given that my elder daugther who is 7 years old has the ILR now, can I claim child benefit for her?
2- Given that my elder daughter has ILR but not citizenship, could claiming child benefit have any impact on the citizenship application (for her and for myself) next year?
2- Should I wait for my second daughter's citizenship application to be approved before I also claim child benefit for her? I think the reasonable thing to do will be to wait but I thought I will ask.

As everyone on ILR is entitled to and claiming child benefit there's no reason why a nationality application should be impacted.
