zimbabwean failed asylum seeker

Post by politik » Tue Jan 13, 2009 8:55 am

i am in difficult situation, applied for asylum in 2003 and went for four different interveiws but was refused asylum a year later.appealed but was not represented at appeal so lost that one as well.had no money to go for second appeal with representation hence losing all my chances with tribunal within the time-frame. Q1-is can i still go through tribunal route by any chance, would they consider a second appeal after so many years....would it help wrting to the judge who dealt with my case at the time????????

have since submitted more info and re-applied to the home office through my solicitor([who by the way has taken my fee and does nothing to help) and all they sent me was a standard letter stating my case will be dealt with by 2011. could anybody advise what i should do to get a fast response from home office.....pliz pliz

what is difficult is i can't work or do anything.thank u in advance
