ILR form: SET O

Hi Team,

I'm on ILR through GTV and my dependants (wife and a daughter) are due for their ILR application to be submitted. I have started filling the SET O form for my wife with her email and I was asked if I want to add another application.
Please advise on the following:
(1) Can I add my daughter's application to that of my wife or should I start a fresh separate application for my daughter?

(2) Concerning driving penalties, my wife has got two (2), for the first one, she attended a driving course and for the second one, she got 3 points and paid £100. Please should these be reported when filling the ILR application? What's the severity/consequence of this on the outcome?

(3) Though nothing about her job was asked, are her payslip, bank statement supposed to be part of documents to be uploaded after payment and submission?

1. A child can be added to the same application

2. No. Only convictions have to be declared. Simple driving offences have no effect on your ILR

3. No. Her employment circumstances are irrelevant for ILR
