Hi.
I don't have police report but i have submitted the following,

Gp letter
Healthy Mind report
Refugee letter
Refugee support letter
Counselling letter

Bio 8th May
Still waiting

Hi i have just received another email from them asking for futher information again , this time asking for victim support futher information and wome’s refuge support letter .

Has anyone else had further information requests twice or is it just me ? Thanks

Hello everyone, i am getting very nervous hopefully it works
I am male victim of domestic abuse both pyshically and verbally and my children too and now my partner have stop access to my childeren as well and i am going through family court i was on unmarried partner visa which was cancelled by home office and gave me time till 22 oct i have applied for set dv directly today and my bio metrics are coming on 19 sep
Docs i uses
Gp letter confirming abuse she seen images of physical abuse beaten and hurt with knife and follow to work by her and her family
Physiologist report
Police reference for crime
Witness report who saw me getting physical abuse at my work by my partner
Personal statement with dates and incidents as well pdf evidence of texts and images of injuries
Refugee letter
Social service email
And i was also referred to marac by police and physiologist
I have also got ex parte no molestation order without notice
Do i have a chance?

I my self going through set dv and been waiting nearly 6 months but i have seen so many people getting it and i been reading alot about it so in my opinion with the stuff you have specifically with police refs is it show she found guilty and the witnesses statements is more than likely you gonna get it . There was people applied with no police refs and abuse took place 2 years ago then she still got it !

I know you been a male make a harder but you got this and hopefully you’ll get it but you’ll be waiting for a while .

Also you got kids and if you are on their birth certificate and you have no criminal record or social services problems them you can easily switch to parent visa anyways as long as you prove that you can see the kids .
