Spouse Visa Extension how to get Urgently in UK, If not then can Spouse Visa extension from India affect ILR timeline?

Hi,
I am British Citizen by Naturalisation, My wife is holding Partner/Spouse visa. My Wife's Visa is ending end of December. We are planning to go to India at mid of November to stay there for 2 months.

Q1. Is any fast way to get her Visa extension before 15th Nov?

Q2. If it is difficult to get Spouse Visa extension before mid of November then can we apply her Spouse visa extension from India?
Q3. Is that will affect her ILR Clock timeline, will ILR clock reset in that way?

Q4. What if My wife's Spouse Visa extension we apply from India before the expiry of her current Spouse visa ending in End of Dec? Will that also reset her ILT clock?

Looking forward for you responses and any guidance will be highly appreciated.

Simply put, I'd advise against travelling.

You can't apply for an extension from outside the UK. An extension application must be made within the UK.

If you make the application and leave the UK, the application is automatically considered withdrawn.

Your wife will need to stay in the UK from the day she makes the extension application in the UK till the day she's notified that the leave to remain has been extended.

If she leaves the UK and her visa expires, she'll need to make a new entry clearance application and her ILR clock will likely reset to zero from the date of her new entry clearance.

With regards to priority and super-priority possibilities, I am not sure if they are available for FLR(M) applications. Wait for others to advise further on that.

If your wife is on a different visa (such as Skilled Worker dependent visa), please tell us precisely which visa she is on so that we can advise you properly.

Even assuming that she is eligible for a priority or super-priority application, be aware that the slots for them are very limited and you may not get a slot for them or a slot closer to where you live.
