Application for ILR

Hello,

I am on a ''as a Family Member under the Immigration Rules on the 10-year parent route to settlement''. So this is the time for me to apply for my ILR.

The previous decision letter says this: ''You meet the requirements of the partner route because I am satisfied a refusal would lead to unjustifiably harsh consequences and would breach your right to respect for private and family life under Article 8 of the European Convention of Human Rights (EHCR).
This is because you and your partner have a British child''.

My question would be which form do I use for ILR application as when I start the application only it only gives me the following options:

Your immigration status

What immigration permission were you most recently granted?
(Required)
Check your grant notice

Private Life

Something else

I have not been granted a visa or immigration permission

If I don't choose ' Private life', the other options won't work as it says I am not eligible for this permission.

Can anyone help as to whether this is the right form?

The family route and the private life route are SEPARATE routes to ILR. Do NOT mix them up.
