I am applying to surrender Indian passport. one of question in application is as below.

section:- Present Residential Address
Is your passport printable address out of India?*

should I select "yes" and enter my current address as living in UK ?

when I called VFS for clarification they mentioned use your address mentioned in passport (Which is India my address and not my current address in UK.)

When you renew your Indian passport, you need to mention India address for police verification, but when you surrender your India passport, you no longer an Indian citizen, you need to mention your UK present address
